Cooper Bennett Jaimes

Coming up with a name for your first born son, including all of the nicknames that could possibly be associated with it has been quite the task...but so much fun!! Terry had a list of strong boy names that had a sports meaning behind them, while my list was more of the modern, but not so trendy. With Terry being a coach, names that I thought were cute were quickly crossed off as we went through countless football and baseball stories where "Mason was a whiner" or "Landon is a bully". Luckily we both agreed on Cooper. I personally love the name and Terry was able to associate it with Cooperstown baseball park. Now, on to the middle name. This was easy for both of us right off the start. We wanted to honor my dad in some way, but didn't want to continue the cycle of William's. A very dear friend of our family's recently passed away and we thought it would be the perfect way to honor someone that meant so much to all of us. So, Cooper's middle name is in honor of the late Dr. Ben Fisch. Now that we have the name picked out, we can't wait to meet our sweet little Coop!!
